Trish Veltman writes poetry and fiction. She has had poems published in various magazines, including a fine line, Mayhem, Tarot and Quick Brown Dog. She has won various short story competitions, including NZSA/Page & Blackmore 2020, and Cambridge Autumn Festival 2021, and was longlisted for the 2021 Commonwealth Writers prize. She also writes verveview.com, a blog on disability and writing. A member of the Kapiti Writers Group, she plays an active role on the committee, and has delivered a number of writing workshops.
